What are the perspectives for the development of organic food in catering branch?

Perfect Project Sp. z o.o. together with the partners: Centro Superior de Hosteleria del Mediterraneo, a vocational center from Spain and Daugavpils Tirdzniecibas profesionala vidusskola, a vocational school from Latvia, will be investigating the issue of how the food industry can become more competitive through organic products such as healthy fast food. In the partnership we would like to try to answer the question: what obstacles are faced by schools, hotels and restaurateurs wishing to introduce this kind of food to the curricula and menus of their institutions? ‘GaTIS-Innovative Solutions in Tourism and Gastronomy’ is a project that will serve to find answers to these and many other questions, which in the long run will help to bring the results of vocational training in the gastronomy and tourism industry to the needs of the labor market. Conference – Edutronix Innovation in education

Perfect Project Sp. o.o. together with the leader – Vocational Training Center in Wysokie Mazowieckie and partners – Spanish research center AIJU and the Italian CIS training center, under the Erasmus + program, is implementing Edutronix – Interactive Learning Module for Teaching Mechatronics. The project assumptions were as follows: design, development of functionality, software and creation of ready to implement and integrate into the curriculum of an interactive educational module that teaches in the profession of mechatronics technician. Thanks to these solutions, the work of the school and quality of education can be improved, as well as motivation for learning. In September 2017 the two-year work related to it ends, and a summary of the whole will be the conference.
