Social competences are skills that contribute to effective interaction with the environment. They very often determine the extent to which we are able to adapt to new, changing conditions, how quickly we react in a difficult situation, how resistant we are to stress situations, or whether we cause conflicts in a group. That’s why skills such as assertiveness, group work and time management start to play an increasingly important role in the organization. On many occasions, the entrepreneurs with whom we cooperate underline how important it is to care for this area in team management. In Perfect Project, we also care about the development of human resources, hence in March this year the Perfect Project team participates in a series of classes on personal development, exploring topics such as: motivation – what it is and how it works, planning and organizing time or assertiveness.<\/p>\n
