{"id":634,"date":"2015-03-05T12:41:13","date_gmt":"2015-03-05T11:41:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/perfect-project.eu\/?p=634"},"modified":"2015-11-03T13:55:26","modified_gmt":"2015-11-03T12:55:26","slug":"opportunities-young-entrepreneurs-activisation-young-unemployed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/perfect-project.eu\/en\/opportunities-young-entrepreneurs-activisation-young-unemployed\/","title":{"rendered":"Opportunities for young entrepreneurs and activisation of young unemployed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span title=\"Osoby m\u0142ode w obecnym okresie programowania b\u0119d\u0105 traktowane priorytetowo.\">Young people in the current programming period will be given a priority. <\/span><span title=\"W ramach unijnego programu Polska Wschodnia finansowane b\u0119d\u0105 dzia\u0142ania umo\u017cliwiaj\u0105ce powstawanie i rozwijanie start-up\u00f3w, czyli firm rozpoczynaj\u0105cych dzia\u0142alno\u015b\u0107 opart\u0105 o innowacyjny pomys\u0142.\">In the framework of the EU program Eastern Poland there will be funded lots of activities enabling the creation and development of start-ups, i.e. start-ups based on an innovative ideas. <\/span><span title=\"Na pomoc liczy\u0107 mog\u0105 m\u0142odzi ludzie do 35. roku \u017cycia, g\u0142\u00f3wnie absolwenci uczelni b\u0105d\u017a studenci ostatnich lat studi\u00f3w, czyli m\u0142ode, kreatywne osoby pragn\u0105ce przekszta\u0142ci\u0107 pomys\u0142 w innowacyjny biznes.\">For assistance offered to young people\u00a0up to\u00a035 years old, mostly graduates or students of the last years of study, i.e. young, creative people who want to transform an idea into an innovative business. <\/span><span title=\"Na samym pocz\u0105tku osoba z nowatorskim pomys\u0142em otrzyma indywidualne wsparcie doradcze obejmuj\u0105ce m.in.\">At the outset, a person with an\u00a0innovative idea will receive individual consulting support including, inter alia <\/span><span title=\"testowanie koncepcji i weryfikowanie rynku, mentoring bran\u017cowy (indywidualne oraz grupowe sesje mentoringowe) oraz coaching (np. biznesowy, marketingowy, finansowy i technologiczny).\">concept testing and verification of the market, industry mentoring (individual and group mentoring sessions) and coaching (eg. business, marketing, financial and technological). <\/span><span title=\"Start-uperzy b\u0119d\u0105 mogli skorzysta\u0107 ze specjalistycznych us\u0142ug biznesowych, marketingowych i technologicznych.\">Start-upers will be able to benefit from specialized business services, marketing and technology. <\/span><span title=\"Dzi\u0119ki nim dopracuj\u0105 pomys\u0142, przygotuj\u0105 produkt gotowy do wej\u015bcia na rynek i stworz\u0105 rentowny model biznesowy.\">Thanks to them they will refine the idea, prepare the product ready to enter the market and create a viable business model. <\/span><span title=\"W ostatnim etapie przedsi\u0119biorca b\u0119dzie m\u00f3g\u0142 si\u0119 ubiega\u0107 o bezzwrotn\u0105 dotacj\u0119, pozwalaj\u0105c\u0105 wej\u015b\u0107 na rynek i rozpocz\u0105\u0107 na nim funkcjonowanie.\">In the last stage, the entrepreneur will be able to apply for a non-repayable grant, which allows to enter the market and start functioning on it. <\/span><span title=\"Z kolei Powiatowe Urz\u0119dy Pracy mog\u0105 ju\u017c ubiega\u0107 si\u0119 o dofinansowanie w ramach Programu Wiedza Edukacja Rozw\u00f3j 2014-2020 (PO WER), w ramach kt\u00f3rego \u015brodki przeznaczone b\u0119d\u0105 na podniesienie aktywno\u015bci zawodowej bezrobotnych w wieku 18-29 lat zarejestrowanych w PUP.\">In turn, the District Labour Offices can now apply for funding under the Knowledge Education Development Programme 2014-2020 (PO WER), under which appropriations are allocated to raising the professional activity of the unemployed aged 18-29 years registered in the Labour Offices. <\/span><span title=\"Nabory trwaj\u0105 jak na razie tylko w wojew\u00f3dztwie mazowieckim i \u015bwi\u0119tokrzyskim, ale zgodnie z zapowiedziami, wkr\u00f3tce do\u0142\u0105cz\u0105 do nich nast\u0119pne wojew\u00f3dztwa \u2013 w tym podlaskie.\">Calls for\u00a0proposals were so far anounced only in the Mazowieckie and \u015awi\u0119tokrzyskie, but as promised, soon next provinces will join tchem\u00a0&#8211; including the Podlasie. <\/span><span title=\"Projekty, mog\u0105ce liczy\u0107 na dofinansowanie w ramach programu PO WER, to przede wszystkim sta\u017ce, szkolenia i inne formy dokszta\u0142cania si\u0119, kt\u00f3re pomog\u0105 m\u0142odym ludziom w znalezieniu pracy.\">Projects, which can count on funding under the\u00a0PO WER, is primarily internships, training and other forms of continuing education that will help young people to find work placements. <\/span><span title=\"Chodzi o zdobycie niezb\u0119dnego do\u015bwiadczenia lub przekwalifikowanie si\u0119 \u2013 zgodnie z potrzebami pracodawc\u00f3w.\">It&#8217;s about gaining the necessary experience or acquire new ones &#8211; according to the needs of employers. <\/span><span title=\"Pod uwag\u0119 b\u0119d\u0105 brane oferty, kt\u00f3re gwarantuj\u0105 zatrudnienie na umow\u0119 o prac\u0119 na co najmniej trzy miesi\u0105ce lub umow\u0119 cywilnoprawn\u0105, te\u017c na minimum kwarta\u0142.\">Will be considered the offer that guarantee employment under an employment contract for at least three months or civil law contract, also for a minimum of three months. <\/span><span title=\"Przy czym \u015brednie miesi\u0119czne wynagrodzenie nie mo\u017ce by\u0107 ni\u017csze od p\u0142acy minimalnej i musi uwzgl\u0119dnia\u0107 sk\u0142adki zdrowotne i ubezpieczeniowe.\">At the same time the average monthly salary can not be less than the minimum wage and must\u00a0consider health and insurance premiums. <\/span><span title=\"W ramach projekt\u00f3w b\u0119dzie mo\u017cna r\u00f3wnie\u017c otrzyma\u0107 \u015brodki na za\u0142o\u017cenie w\u0142asnej dzia\u0142alno\u015bci gospodarczej.\">The projects will also receive funds to start their own business.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Young people in the current programming period will be given a priority.
