Job shadowing of teachers from Kiejdany
We started November very actively, because on November 2, 2022 we welcomed six teachers of vocational subjects in the catering industry from the school in Kiejdany (Lithuania). Teachers came to Białystok to exchange experiences with their friends and colleagues from Polish schools in the field of practical education organization. Together, we visited the Gastronomy School Complex in Białystok, and the next day we did a visit to the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center K. Kluk in Rudka. The culmination of the stay in Podlasie was a dinner at the Enklawa Restaurant in Białystok, during which the Chef presented the cuisine of our region and briefly described its history. It was a brief but extremely intense mobility, filled with many new information.
