Vocational training of young people for the competitiveness of the Podlasie economy
In the competition announced by the Podlasie Marshal’s Office as the Managing Authority of the Podlaskie Regional Operational Programme for years 2014-2020 our company prepares applications for subsidies from the European Social Fund under Priority Axis III competencies and qualifications, the sub-measure 3.3.1 Vocational training of youth for the competitiveness of the Podlasie economy.
The projects intend to help schools in implementing comprehensive development programs preceded by the diagnosis of the needs of a particular school / vocational training institutions (including taking into account the situation on the regional and local labor markets), together with the development and implementation of the support program.
Projects will also include the cooperation of schools and institutions of their socio-economic environment aimed at better adapting the educational offer to the real needs of the regional and local labor markets.
Beneficiaries will also participate in internships for students, teachers and instructors of practical training conducted by employers and development of professional counseling and education, while cooperation with employers.
Appropriate project teams are already engaged in preparation of the application documentation for specific schools and are in constant contact with the headmasters.
