Perfect Project participates in an international conference in Skopje
Perfect Project is one of the foreign partners within the project Professional Development Courses for Engineering Management and Leadership Skills. The major aim of the project is to jointly develop and implement professional development courses for engineering management and leadership skills, which will address European standards for management and leadership, as well as be built on rigorous research evidence and principles of adult education. The courses will be tailor-made and practice-oriented, and will improve engineering manager’s performance through increasing management and leadership competencies of engineers in Macedonia, and the region prospectively.
Project is almost in final stage, so Perfect Project representatives were invited to participate in final international conference, which took place June 12, 2017 in Skopje.
