Perfect Project trainer educated and coaches Macedonian engineers
In the days of 16-20 February 2017 Karolina Korol conducted workshops in Skopje, in which 20 engineers participated. The subject of the workshop was LEADERSHIP. During the training the trainer used many active methods (action learning, grup coaching), which integrated the group – what was satisfying for the participants. It is important to mention that the training was conducted in the form of so called attached mobility, that is conducting the workshops traditionally in the training room with the use of an online platform (Perfect Project team is responsible for its creation). The next workshop in Skopje will take place in May and it will regard the subject of marketing management.
