Visit to a partner school from Duisburg (Germany)
Dual vocational education is based on close cooperation between two partners: a company and a vocational school. The education system in Germany is considered a phenomenon on a global scale. Hence, developing knowledge in this area, representatives of Perfect Project and SaMASZ Sp. z o. o. and JAZON Sp. z o. o. at the invitation of a vocational school in Duisburg, they went on a visit to get to know the dual education system in Germany in practice. The on-site meetings included a visit to two vocational schools and LEMKEN. Thanks to many interesting conversations with the principals of both schools and representatives of the LEMKEN company, we have gained a lot of important information on how to effectively conduct vocational education, and at the same time respond to the needs of employers. We got a lot of inspiration and ideas for future joint projects and ventures.
