Self-improvement through training
September abounded in the Company in overseas training implemented under two different projects with foreign partners.
In the framework of strategic partnerships for adult education our two trainers completed a weekly training course aimed at training engineers in Skopje in Macedonia. On 11-17 September 2016 in place worked and presented new methods and innovative ways of training adults participants of training. From here we would like to thank the Leader and partners on the side of the Macedonian and partners from Austria for a very intense and substantive discussions and contribution to the professional preparation of training.
End of September and beginning of October is also a training for a group of 5 at Ibi, Alicante in Spain, where in the framework of strategic partnerships for vocational education and training will be realized, among others, observation of teaching methods, will be discussed needs of entrepreneurs and the opportunities and technologies in the field of mechatronics used on the market. Apart from a short training program we hope will be enought time to conduct a consultations with entrepreneurs, analysis of the suitability of the EDUTRONIX module to teach mechatronics at enterprises and the use of the method of micro-teaching, or learning by doing.
