Traineeships – international experience

12 students of Italian schools in cooperation with our company completed internships in eight Bialystok companies.

It was an intense time, which, as mentioned by trainees themselves, will certainly result in their future life. With the prospects created by companies they saw how labour market in our city looks like and what skills are needed.

Five-week stay of Italians was enriched with visiting Bialystok and the region. Some of them even had the opportunity to see Bialowieza and Elk. The last day of their visit to Poland we spent in Supraśl.

Particular attention should be paid to how the Italian students perceive Bialystok and companies operating here. As the values ​​of our city exchanged the purity and freshness of the air surrounding them at every turn green and the kindness of people they encountered. Almost every day they willingly went to the park Planty, to spend free time outdoors. Trainees also stressed the professionalism and commitment of companies, in which the internships took place. On the last day of the entire Italian group unanimously concluded that they are reluctant to leave Bialystok.
