Forum of exchange of experiences – meeting report
On 22 November 2017 took place seminar “Internships and Enterprise Development” – an event organized within the framework of European Professional Skills Week 2017. The event took place at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Engineering of the Bialystok University of Technology. The seminar was to promote and disseminate good practices for mobility projects under the Erasmus+ program. The aim of the event was also a discussion on the expectations of entrepreneurs about attitudes and qualifications of vocational school students and the presentation of the experience of schools in the field of cooperation with entrepreneurs. Participants of the seminar were representatives of schools and local entrepreneurs. During the meeting a panel discussion took place, during which participants will exchange experiences, observations and observations in the field of practical training of the profession. The panel was conducted by:
- Mrs. Dorota Kondratiuk – Director of the Stefan Czarniecki School of Mechanical Engineering in Łapy – a vocational school leading education in the mechanical area.
- Ms. Aneta Jabłońska – Representative of the School Complex No. 1 im. Marshal of Józef Klemens Piłsudski in Bielsk Podlaski – vocational school leading education in the construction area.
- Ms. Magdalena Siemieńczuk – Head of recruitment and development department of Danwood S.A. – the manufacturer of finished houses.
- Mrs Małgorzata Gryko – Lipska- Director of Personnel Department of ChM Sp. z o.o. – manufacturer of specialized implants and tools for orthopedics and traumatology.
The event was organized by Regional Competence Centre.
