Perfect Project supports and promotes learning in the workplace

One of the company’s main areas of activity and interest is the promotion of work-based learning and workplace learning (WBL).

Learning at work, in particular apprenticeships and internships, play an important role in easing the transition from school to work. Our experience shows that both in terms of competences, as well as acquired skills and employment-related results, education based on experience in the form of apprenticeships or internships is a milestone in facilitating the transition from the world of education to the world of work. Research shows that the quality of work-based learning is better when third parties participate in the learning process, in addition to the student and the company (place of study). It can be a representative of the school (usually in professional practice) or an external organization supporting vocational training. Hence the Perfect Project decided to join as an associated partner to the project entitled Work Based Learning 2.0, the aim of which is to improve cooperation between the education sector and enterprises, increase the participation of companies in WBL initiatives and internationalization of the training offer and WBL approach.
