On 20/02/2018 in Salag Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. company headquarters took place a meeting, the aim of which was to exchange experiences related to vocational education in the field of modular education. The event was attended by employers supporting vocational training, representatives bodies and pedagogical supervision institutions, vocational school principals and teachers. During the meeting, the invited guests had the opportunity to observe examples of activities carried out in a modular formula, visited the company, and finally took part in a discussion on “Chances and problems related to vocational education in cooperation with local employers”. Healthy food – the future of gastronomy

Perfect Project is a partnership leader whose aim is to present perspectives for the development of organic nutrition in gastronomic facilities in hotels as a method of tourist hotel product diversification. In the partnership, we would like to try to answer the question: what obstacles do schools, hoteliers and restaurateurs want to introduce this type of food into the curricula and menu of their institutions? Healthy food is the future of gastronomy. The Polish, Spanish and Latvian catering market is moving towards healthy and organic food. People have an increasing awareness in this area. On the above markest there are more and more organic food producers operating on the market, for example, farms specializing in products traditionally produced products characteristic for a given region. At the same time, people are living faster and faster. Together with partners, we would like to look at the problem of how the catering industry can become more and more competitive thanks to organic products, such as healthy fast food. There are no elements of organic cuisine respecting regional products in the teaching programs in catering and related events.
